Cancellation Policy
I understand we are all human. If someone is sick or if it's an emergency, that will always be excused. All I ask is for communication.
If someone cancels after 48 hours the first time, they will be given a friendly reminder of the cancellation policy, and the fee will be excused. If someone cancels after 48 hours again, they will be charged 50% of their service. If someone no calls no shows, they will be charged 100% of their service, no chances, no exceptions.
